EclecticElegance.com reserves the right to change and substitute any food, gift, or container without notice with products equal to or greater in value. We will not ship chocolate in the summer months. We will substitute products accordingly. All sales are final. Because most of our baskets contain perishable and/or edible items, we cannot accept returns. All damage due to shipping is the responsibility of the carrier and all claims must be given to the carrier. Please double check the shipping address. EclecticElegance.com. is not responsible for any delays as a result of an invalid address given by the customer.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, EclecticElegance.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
